Julie Evans and Emily Eager are hosting a Baby Shower for Kaitlin Schulz (husband Tim) on Monday, February 7 at the church starting at 7:00 PM. They are expecting their first child, a son, at the end of February.
Kaitlin and Tim are a young couple who have been attending Chartwell ~ Clarkson Village for about 3 years. They have become good friends of Julie and Nat, Emily and Brad over this time. Many of us haven't had the chance of knowing Kaitlin and Tim, but Kaitlin has been involved in the ZOOM program, teaching the Gr 4s and 5s, so many of the children and their parents have met her.
It is Julie and Emily's hope that Kaitlin can feel the blessings of love, friendship and community from our church family by the showering of this young couple with gifts in preparation for their new journey of parenthood.
Julie is asking women to RSVP (with their contributions if wanting to participate in the group gift) no later than THIS Sunday, January 30th. Kaitlin and Tim are registered at Babies 'R Us as well. Group contributions can be left in a marked envelope in the church office, handed to Julie or Emily at church as well.
